You should have received the following emails after you are accepted to study at ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ«:

1. ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« Matriculation Email containing your University Student ID (UID) e.g. u1234567, as well as information about University Systems and Orientation.
2. Password Email containing your password.

If you only received the ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« Matriculation Email, make sure to check your spam or junk email folder in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox.

If you haven't received your password after two business days, you can:

• Log a request through the
• Call the ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« ITS Service Desk on +61 (02) 6125 4321

If you are a previous/current ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« student or staff member who has been accepted to a new program, you can use your existing log in details to access ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« systems and services. This means you will not receive the Password Email or be issued with a new password.

If you can't remember your ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« password, you can:

• Reset using the 'Forgot Password?' option on .
• Call the ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« ITS Service Desk on +61 (02) 6125 4321
