Canadian residents

¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« has been recognised as a prescribed foreign university under section 3503 of the Canadian Income Tax Regulations. ¹Ü¼ÒÆÅ×ÊÁϾ«×¼´óÈ« has been added as of January 1, 2011 to Schedule VIII of the Regulations by Order-in-Council P.C 2012-1330. A donation made by a Canadian donor at any time in the year of recognition or later, can be claimed against the taxable income for that year under subparagraph 110.1(1) (a) (vi) and paragraph 118.1 (1)(f) of the Canadian Income Tax Act.
